We offer professional translation services tailored to your specific needs. All services will be delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A minimum of 40% advance payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon successful project completion.
For companies, firms, institutions, or similar entities, if the advance payment is not made, we require a formal work order on the official letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the organization.

All terms of service must be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of work.
Please note: We do not begin work without either an advance payment or an official written confirmation of acceptance of the quotation, as stated above.
Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete and accurate source materials. Delays caused by missing or unclear content may affect the project timeline and final delivery.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client materials and information. All team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements to ensure your data remains secure.
While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for errors resulting from unclear or ambiguous source materials. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
