Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Global Translation Connect, we understand that project requirements may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Before Project Commencement

Advance Payment: If you cancel before we begin work, your advance payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellation After Project Commencement

Partial Completion (Up to 20%): If the project is canceled after commencement but before 20% completion, and full payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Beyond 20% Completion: Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. For example, if 50% of the work is completed, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

No Refund Scenarios

  • Advance Payment Only: If only an advance payment was made and the project has commenced, no refund will be issued.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided once the project is completed and delivered.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
