At Global Translation Connect, we understand that project requirements may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Advance Payment: If you cancel before we begin work, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
Partial Completion (Up to 20%): If the project is canceled after commencement but before 20% completion, and full payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
Beyond 20% Completion: Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. For example, if 50% of the work is completed, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
